On September 15, following flu like symptoms and complications with a pre-existing, diabetic foot wound, Tim was admitted to the hospital. After evaluation, the doctors found a high level of infection in his body. Tim spent six days in the hospital undergoing numerous tests and receiving antibiotics. He was then released to go home while still receiving medicine intravenously every six hours for five weeks and ordered to stay off of his foot by the doctor. During the five weeks, we were unable to continue with our regular traveling schedule. We are thankful to have been able to attend and sing at the National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge, during this time.
We are thankful and count our blessings from God that He has done a healing work. Tim is no longer on medicine and is "back on his feet" with no infection! Tomorrow marks our full touring schedule continuing as usual!
We are so excited to be "on the road again" and looking forward to attending the Creekside Gospel Music Convention in Pigeon Forge Oct. 28-Nov. 1 at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center!
